After a warm welcome at Kewalo Basin Harbor (Slip F23), you’ll get a quick safety briefing and snorkeling gear orientation before setting sail. At a calm snorkeling spot, you’ll slip into clear Pacific water to swim with schools of tropical fish and Hawaiian green sea turtles. All snorkel gear is included, with plenty of time to float or relax back on deck. Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in, waiver signing, and brief safety and snorkeling orientation . Look for the Three Tiki’s Sailing sign near Slip F23 next to the Prince Waikiki Hotel entrance. Have your QR ticket ready, and the crew will walk you to the boat and help you get settled.SHARED CHARTERS (1-5 PASSENGERS): Customers on our shared charters (Waikiki turtle snorkle, Sunset Cruise, Whale Watch) with 5 or less passengers on a single reservation, will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before scheduled tour departure time. Customers will also receive a full refund in the case of an operator cancellation due to weather or other operator related circumstances. Please contact us directly by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before scheduled tour time are non refundable. Email, text message, and voicemail cancellations are not acceptable forms of cancellation and will not be refunded.
